Having grown up watching her father, an orthopedic surgeon, care for patients with empathy, Winnie has seen firsthand how healthcare transforms when compassionate leaders are at the helm. That’s what drew her to Oxeon: to support and help scale great leaders both in and beyond the operating room.
Before joining the firm, Winnie managed the success of more than 100 partners at a Series B startup focused on expanding access to affordable, career-building opportunities for students. Earlier in her career, she worked on strategic planning and change management initiatives for academic medical centers and universities at Huron Consulting Group. Across all sectors, she’s always been drawn to building strong relationships and helping reimagine systems people can trust.
Winnie graduated from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, where she also played on the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team. Outside of work, you’ll find her making the most of her AMC Theatres pass, waiting in line at Radio Bakery, or getting left in the dust by speedy kids as an Achilles NYC running guide.
