Tory Sotell

Tory serves as Senior Executive Assistant to Oxeon CEO Sonia Millsom, where she plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, fostering meaningful relationships, and supporting executive leadership in advancing Oxeon’s mission to reimagine a healthcare system every person can trust.

With a deep personal interest in health and wellness, Tory is passionate about contributing to solutions that improve patient outcomes and create more equitable, accessible care across the healthcare landscape. She was drawn to Oxeon for its purpose-driven work and the opportunity to support innovative leaders and companies transforming the industry from the inside out.

Prior to joining Oxeon, Tory spent seven years at an investment firm, where she served as an executive assistant and research associate on the Equities trading desk. Earlier in her career, Tory worked in fashion and communications—first as an assistant to a menswear designer at Ralph Lauren, and later as an account executive at a PR firm. These experiences instilled in her a strong creative sensibility, a proactive mindset, and a deep respect for the power of brand, storytelling, and connection.

Outside of the office, you can find Tory walking in McCarren park, scoping out the newest bakery or reading.
