Sydnor Gammon is a Principal with Oxeon. With experience across healthcare and life sciences strategy, operations, and digital technologies, Sydnor partners with leading organizations and investors to build high-performing executive teams capable of navigating complex transformations. She joined Oxeon with the conviction that real change in healthcare is only possible through exceptional leaders and teams. In addition to her search work, Sydnor helps lead Oxeon’s Nashville office.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Sydnor served as Partner & Vice President at WillowTree, a private equity-backed digital agency, where she led the Health portfolio, which included Cigna, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Fortrea, Teladoc Health, and UVA Health.
Sydnor spent seven years with Monitor Deloitte, advising healthcare Boards and executive teams on corporate, growth, and digital strategies. Representative clients include Humana, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Nebraska, CommonSpirit Health, and Deloitte’s health innovation partnership with Google Cloud. She began her career in Emory Healthcare’s Operations Development Program.
Based in Charlotte, Sydnor is passionate about supporting social impact entrepreneurs and fellow lifelong learners. She is a member of the Charlotte Women's Impact Fund and active volunteer with the Charlotte Latin School Young Women’s Leadership Program and the Duke Fuqua Alumni Council, where she was Chair and recipient of the Alumni Impact Award. Sydnor holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Davidson College.
