Shea is an Associate on the Knowledge Management team at Oxeon, driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry through driving positive change and contributing to purpose-driven initiatives. She is passionate about driving healthcare equity within the space. On the Knowledge Management team, she helps to streamline research processes, support business development opportunities, and optimize searches across the firm.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Shea worked at AlphaSights as an Associate on their Private Equity Client Service business, where she helped connect clients with expert knowledge to inform critical business decisions.
Originally from northern New Jersey, Shea graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and was a four-year varsity athlete on the Women’s Lacrosse team. Outside of Oxeon, you can find Shea playing racket sports, going to the dog park, or down the Jersey Shore with her friends and family.
