Shazia KC is the FP&A Manager, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and managing all operating expense (OPEX) lines. She partners closely with teams across the organization to deliver clear, data-driven financial insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Shazia spent over nine years at Weight Watchers (WW) as part of the FP&A team, where she built a strong track record for delivering high-quality analysis and thoughtful financial guidance.
Born and raised in Nepal, Shazia moved to the US for college and received her Bachelor's Degree from Ramapo College of NJ where she double majored in Finance and Economics. In her personal time, Shazia enjoys solving puzzles and discovering new spots in NYC’s vibrant food scene.
