As a Senior Associate on Oxeon's Search team, Priya is focused on cultivating robust candidate pipelines for clients across the healthcare and healthtech industries. She utilizes a meticulous, research-driven approach in talent acquisition, candidate pipeline development, and the execution of senior and C-suite level searches to identify premier talent, strengthen teams, and facilitate impactful leadership solutions.
Before joining Oxeon, Priya served as an Associate at Korn Ferry in the Asset & Wealth Management practice within the Executive Search line of business. She commenced her tenure at Korn Ferry as a Research Associate before transitioning into the Associate role in 2023, where she focused on search execution.
Priya earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. During her time at USC, she held the position of Director of Membership for the Marshall Women’s Leadership Board and served as a Research Associate for the Sociology department, where she conducted research into the intersection of healthcare and the criminal justice system.
