Natalie is an Associate on Oxeon’s Knowledge Management team in New York. She is passionate about improving access to healthcare and helping bridge the gap between scientific innovation and patient care.
Before joining Oxeon, Natalie worked as an Associate Project Manager at a research services firm, where she managed projects for healthcare consulting clients researching topics across the healthcare ecosystem, including medtech, pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, healthcare policy, IDNs, and GPOs. She connected clients with industry experts to help them better understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic challenges.
Natalie earned both her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and her master's degree in Biotechnology Management and Entrepreneurship from Yeshiva University. Outside of work, Natalie is an avid reader, enjoys playing Mahjong with friends, baking sourdough, skiing, and spending time with family.
