Her responsibilities include ensuring effective data management, championing technology adoption, and empowering users through comprehensive support and training. Driven by a commitment to efficiency, Maddie consistently seeks opportunities to streamline and enhance Oxeon's internal processes.
Maddie has prior experience in social compliance within the apparel industry, as well as client management and recruiting in the information and financial services sectors. She holds a degree in Environmental Science and Chinese Language from Colby College.
