From an early age, Mackenzie knew she wanted to work in healthcare. Inspired by value-based care and the technological advancements shaping the industry, she recognized that strong relationships are crucial to systemic change. This drew her to executive search as the ideal way to connect impactful leaders with transformative healthcare organizations-a purpose that aligns with Oxeon’s mission to build a system everyone can trust.
As a Search Associate in Oxeon’s Nashville office, Mackenzie brings a thoughtful, people-centric approach to identifying and placing executive talent. She leverages her background across healthcare startups, revenue cycle management, and hospice care to build strong client partnerships. Originally from the North Shore of Boston, Mackenzie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from George Washington University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, and exploring Nashville’s hiking trails, farmers markets, and live music scene.
