Leah partners with growth-stage executives, boards, and investors to build leadership teams that drive meaningful impact in healthcare. She began her career at Oxeon before joining Quilted Health, an Oxeon Venture Studio company transforming maternal and reproductive care. At Quilted Health, Leah played a pivotal role in the company's growth, leading strategic planning initiatives, co-developing and implementing innovative clinical services, and launching brick-and-mortar clinics alongside digital service operations.
Returning to Oxeon, Leah brings a unique perspective from her operating experience, using it to connect mission-driven organizations with transformational leaders.
Leah graduated from Duke University with a degree in Global Health and Psychology. A New York native, you can often find her at the Union Square farmers market or planning her next escape to the beach.
