Kristy joined Oxeon with an interest in connecting visionary leaders with transformative healthcare organizations. She was drawn to Oxeon’s distinctive vision, which emphasizes value-based care and trusted relationships.
As a founding member of the Knowledge Management team, Kristy has played a key role in leading search execution, supporting business development, developing centers of excellence, and implementing technology tools and platforms. Her search work spans a range of focus areas, with specialization in revenue cycle management and people operations roles.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Kristy recruited mid to senior-level software engineers for the Amazon Selection & Catalog Systems team. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley, where she participated in journalism and student government.
Outside of work, Kristy enjoys writing film reviews on Letterboxd, building Marvel and Harry Potter LEGO sets, taking K-pop dance classes, and crocheting one-of-a-kind pieces for her friends and family.
