Kelsey is a Director in Oxeon’s executive search practice. Driven by a deep commitment to healthcare innovation, she takes a thoughtful, human-first approach to connecting organizations with the leadership they need to scale, build great teams, and ultimately improve people’s health.
Prior to Oxeon, Kelsey spent nearly a decade at Deloitte within their Life Sciences & Healthcare strategy consulting practice. During this time, she advised biopharma, payer, and provider clients on growth strategy, digital transformation, operational improvement, and operating model design. Kelsey also held rotational roles within Deloitte’s venture studio and Chief Strategy & Transformation Office - incubating new ideas within healthcare and supporting executive leadership through education and peer networking.
Kelsey holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Richmond. During Kelsey’s time in business school, she enjoyed working at two early stage startups and on her own venture in the women’s health space.
Kelsey lives with her husband and daughter in Boston. She loves spending time outdoors by the beach, on a tennis or paddle court, and with friends and family.
