Kasey serves as the Executive Assistant & Office Manager for Oxeon’s Nashville office, providing dedicated support to Tom Keefe and Sydnor Gammon while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Nashville office.
With nearly a decade of experience in executive support and office operations, Kasey is driven by a genuine care for how work gets done and how people experience their day-to-day environment. She takes pride in building thoughtful systems, paying attention to the details that matter, and creating a workplace where her team feels organized, supported, and set up for success.
Kasey was drawn to Oxeon for its mission-driven work and collaborative culture, and enjoys contributing to an environment where teams can focus on doing impactful work.
Outside of the office, Kasey enjoys exploring Nashville’s food scene, hosting friends, and creating flower arrangements in her spare time.
