Jessica Luong

Jessica was drawn to Oxeon’s commitment to an equitable, trustworthy healthcare system through relationships between mission-driven leaders and great ideas in health. Bringing her public health background to the Knowledge Management team, she will support searches across the firm through streamlining research processes, consolidating market data, and optimizing search efficiency.

Prior to Oxeon, Jessica was a Project Manager at the University of Washington, where she supported global health projects in non-communicable diseases, healthcare financing, and policy development in low- and middle-income countries. She was also a Fellow at the Nutrition & Obesity Policy Research & Evaluation Network (NOPREN), where she coordinated a national working group of Food Policy Council experts. 

Jessica earned her Master in Public Health in Health Systems and Policy from the University of Washington, and graduated from Whitman College with a B.A. in Sociology, where she was a four-year member of the varsity swim team. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Jessica is always thinking about her next spam musubi. Outside of Oxeon, you can find her teaching barre3 classes, taking her dog on long walks, or spending time with friends and family.
