
Jackie Haranzo is the Recruiter, Internal Talent on Oxeon’s People & Platform team, where she leads the firm’s talent acquisition efforts. She is responsible for identifying and engaging the exceptional talent that powers Oxeon’s internal teams, ensuring the firm’s growth is fueled by strategic thinkers who thrive in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Jackie specialized in executive search and recruiting, partnering with organizations across technology, media, and healthcare to place senior leaders, including CEOs, Chief Growth Officers, and Chief People Officers. Her expertise in market mapping and targeted outreach enables her to translate complex hiring needs into effective, meaningful talent strategies.
Jackie brings a research-backed, people-centered approach to internal talent and is committed to a transparent, supportive candidate experience. She believes that our greatest impact comes from finding people who are just as passionate about transforming healthcare as we are.
Originally from Connecticut, Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Psychology from Bucknell University. Now based in New York City, she balances her work with skiing, Solidcore, and discovering the city’s newest restaurants.
