Isabel was drawn to Oxeon’s entrepreneurial approach to impacting health equity through not only placing top talent but also investing in game-changing companies reshaping the future of healthcare. She is a Senior Associate in the firm’s New York Office.
Prior to Oxeon, Isabel spent several years in executive search in the Consumer Practices at Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles. She has worked on C-Suite, Board, and other leadership searches for a broad range of clients including publicly-traded corporations, privately held companies, founder/owner companies, and private equity firms.
Isabel holds a BA in Psychology and Economics from Wellesley College. Outside of the office, you can find her playing pickleball, discovering the city’s next best new restaurant, or getting lost in a book at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
