Dylan is a Director in Oxeon’s Seattle office, bringing deep executive search experience across the biopharma, medical device, medical technology, and healthcare services sectors in the US and globally. Dylan is passionate about partnering with venture, equity-backed, and public companies on leadership needs within their board and C-Suite, sharing a mission to positively impact patients’ experience across the healthcare continuum.
His functional areas of expertise include: CEO/COO and franchise leadership, Finance, Legal, Technical Operations and Manufacturing, Medical Officers/Physician Executives, Business Development, and Commercial.
Dylan joined the Oxeon Seattle team in January 2026. Prior to Oxeon, Dylan was part of Spencer Stuart’s Global Biopharma practice, working to place C-Suite executives within public and private life sciences companies. Earlier, Dylan also led Axiom's North American Life Sciences Talent Strategy team, focused on aligning legal resources to in-house positions within healthcare and life sciences.
Originally from the Boston area, Dylan graduated from The George Washington University with a B.B.A.. Outside of work, he enjoys global travel, live music, gardening, and supporting both Seattle and Boston-area sports teams.
