Prior to Oxeon, Cody led searches for global nonprofits at GoodCitizen and cut his teeth in the venture capital space at SPMB and Parker Remick. Originally from Texas, Cody is an Aggie and a former Peace Corps volunteer. His time working on food security in Nepal shaped his view that meaningful work requires empathy, grit, and collaboration.
