Caroline is an Associate with Oxeon’s Knowledge Management team in New York. She is passionate about expanding access to healthcare, believing exceptional leaders are integral to this mission. Within Knowledge Management, she utilizes data trends to drive operational efficiency in market research, business development, and AI integration across the firm.
Before joining Oxeon, Caroline was an Account Manager for a research services firm. There, she owned market research and delivered key insights for prominent consulting firms across healthcare, financial services, and technology.
Caroline graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Psychology and Social Inequalities. Her academics centered on understanding social determinants of mental health. In her free time, Caroline likes to explore Brooklyn, watch basketball (go Knicks!), and read memoirs.
