Ben serves as Search Operations Manager at Oxeon, where he develops and maintains the firm’s search processes, oversees resource allocation, and drives greater operational efficiency across the organization. As the go-to resource for team allocations and questions about Oxeon’s search process, Ben helps match each incoming search with the right team and sets engagements up with optimal timelines, while partnering closely with Libbie and the TechOps team. He also manages business development projections and brings a passion for streamlining processes to everything he does.
Ben was drawn to Oxeon by its collaborative culture and the agility that comes with being a specialized firm. He is passionate about Oxeon’s focus on healthcare and its mission to improve lives by placing exceptional leaders at the organizations shaping the future of care.
Ben brings extensive experience in executive search, most recently serving as Director of Search Operations at ZRG Partners, and has held a range of other roles in the search industry. He holds a degree in Public Relations and Political Science from Westminster College. Outside of Oxeon, you can find Ben traveling with his family, enjoying live music, reading, gaming, or spending time in nature.
