Anthony serves as a Systems Support Specialist on the Platform Team at Oxeon, helping ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of the organization’s technology environment. As the primary point of contact for hardware and office infrastructure, Anthony supports employees with the tools and systems they need to work efficiently, while partnering closely with the Technical Operations Manager on broader enterprise software platforms.
In this role, Anthony leads technical onboarding and offboarding, maintains internal technology documentation, and supports the rollout of new tools and platforms across the organization. A proactive problem solver, he resolves complex hardware, software, and network issues, monitors system performance, and helps safeguard data integrity across core business systems. He also regularly evaluates workflows and technologies to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
Anthony brings prior experience as a Systems Analyst in the financial services industry and holds a degree in Computer Science from St. John’s University. Outside of Oxeon, you can find Anthony playing basketball, practicing guitar, or enjoying a good book or film.
