Annika is a Senior Associate in Oxeon’s New York office, where she brings together her passion for healthcare and her love for building meaningful relationships. She is committed to identifying and placing transformative leaders with diverse perspectives, helping drive systemic change across the healthcare ecosystem.
She has worked across a wide range of growth-oriented roles in the payer, provider, and employer spaces for Private Equity and Venture-backed clients. Her work spans sectors including value-based oncology, behavioral healthcare, artificial intelligence, and employer benefits.
Annika earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, where she majored in Biology with a minor in Inequality Studies and a concentration in Health Equity. A four-year varsity athlete on the Cornell Women’s Soccer Team, she also conducted orthopedic research, led student leadership workshops, and collaborated with a justice coalition spanning the Ivy League to promote equity and inclusion within collegiate athletics.
Outside of work, Annika enjoys exploring New York City’s farmers markets, discovering new live music, and staying active on the soccer field.
