Abi is a Senior Associate at Oxeon, where she plays a key role on the firm’s Knowledge Management team. In this capacity, she leverages data, market research, and emerging healthcare trends to guide search and investment strategies. She brings a strong foundation in executive search, having partnered on leadership hires across CEO, Commercial, Finance, Product, Operations, and Clinical functions for venture-backed, private equity-backed organizations, health systems, and federal agencies. Through this work, Abi has developed a deep understanding of the growth and transformation journeys organizations face and the importance of building lasting, collaborative relationships with leadership teams to drive meaningful outcomes.
Passionate about advancing equitable healthcare solutions, Abi cultivated her commitment through her undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College, earning a double major in Cognitive Science and Anthropology, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at Imperial College London. Outside of work and study, she is an avid athlete, hiker, and yogi. Abi lives in Brooklyn with her husband.
