From an early point in her career, Abby became deeply committed to improving how people experience healthcare. That commitment—along with a strong belief in Oxeon’s people-first methodology—is what drew her to the firm.
As a Search Associate in the New York office, Abby focuses on building genuine relationships and supporting leaders who are reshaping the healthcare landscape. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work and is energized by collaboration and meaningful connection.
Before joining Oxeon, Abby gained experience in healthcare administration and clinical research at a major hospital system. This background provides her insight into the operational and scientific forces that influence patient and provider experiences. It also informs her ability to engage with healthcare leaders with empathy and perspective.
Originally from southern New Jersey, Abby earned her B.S. in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from Villanova University. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, and proudly cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
