Tinyan Dada

Associate

Tinyan believes that meaningful relationships are crucial in all sides of healthcare and she is excited to be a part of Oxeon's commitment to further this mission. For her, why patients get sick doesn’t always begin with their diagnosis, one must look at a variety of social and economic factors.

Born in Los Angeles, California Tinyan spent her summers visiting her family in Kenya. As a result, her international background fostered her awareness and curiosity surrounding Global Health. At the University of Chicago, Tinyan studied Comparative Human Development and Biological Sciences. She was a member of a global health clinical research lab which specialized in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. She was awarded a Global Health Research Scholar Grant to continue her work. She has since published 2 peer-reviewed papers and presented her work at the American Public Health Association Conference. When Tinyan is not in the office, one can find her at an art show, looking for the best cup of coffee, or exploring the city!
