Rachel's search work with Oxeon meets her desire to change patient lives while learning from diverse business models. While driving partnerships with best-in-class healthcare firms, Rachel has witnessed the powerful tie of effective and passionate leadership to a company’s impact. Her mission is to improve health outcomes and equitable experiences in the U.S. healthcare system by matching companies with industry-expert executives. Prior, Rachel spent time in DC working with a government affairs firm in the pharmaceutical space; this exposure to the influence of policies on access to care drove Rachel to seek out work with healthcare disruptors.
Rachel graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Biology of Global Health. Originally from Raleigh, NC, she has gradually made her way up the East Coast, spending time in DC and currently settled in New York. When she’s not looking for local bands in the city, you might find Rachel back home for a weekend watching her brother secure a Tar Heel football victory.
