As a Senior Associate at Oxeon, Nishaant has partnered with leading investors including General Atlantic, Warburg Pincus, Summit Partners, and Thoma Bravo to support search efforts across a wide variety of C-suite roles. Through his work with companies such as Equality Health, Suvida Healthcare, and AbsoluteCare, Nishaant has bridged his personal interests in culturally-competent care delivery, value-based primary care, and social determinants of health.
Beyond his role in search, Nishaant has focused on driving enterprise value across Oxeon's venture studio and investment portfolio as a key member of our internal EV team. He has also contributed to several early-stage concepts in a research capacity, including one of our newest denovos, Hopscotch Health.
Nishaant was one of Seattle’s first team members and is excited to continue building Oxeon’s west coast presence. Outside of the office, you can find him trying to relive the glory days of collegiate tennis or biking the Burke-Gilman Trail.
