Building on this technical foundation, he joined Bridgewater’s Systemized Intelligence Lab, where he managed and modeled data systems to support the firm’s proprietary tools for systemizing the management of people and business processes. Prior to Bridgewater, Michael led network and recruitment operations for Guidepoint Global Advisors and began his career in technology recruiting and account management for Apex Systems, Inc.

Michael holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University and a B.S. in Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University, with a Minor in Architecture.
