Mason joined Oxeon after resonating with the firm’s mission to “Make People Healthier” by recruiting for, investing in, and building disruptive healthcare companies. As a Senior Associate at the firm, Mason has led and supported executive engagements with leading venture and private equity investors including Summit Partners, Kinderhook Industries, Linden Capital Partners, Town Hall Ventures, and Flare Capital Partners.
As an early team member in Oxeon’s Seattle market, Mason has also worked extensively with Seattle-based healthcare investors and companies including Opala (Cardinal Partners) and First Choice Health.
Beyond his search work, Mason contributes to Oxeon’s new company development efforts through a number of value creation initiatives including sectoral research and business development, with a focus on Medicaid innovation.
Originally from Central New York, Mason graduated from St. Lawrence University with a degree in Economics and Government. When not at work, Mason can be found walking around with a good book, skiing in the Cascade Mountains, or trying to find the best oysters in the Pacific Northwest.
