Duncan is a Partner at Oxeon and serves as President of the firm. In this role he has two responsibilities: leading the Oxeon Venture Studio and productizing and operationalizing Oxeon’s proprietary data platform. He is deeply passionate about addressing big problems such as those related to systemic inequity and physician disempowerment. To solve these and other challenges, Duncan gets excited about energizing passionate individuals and teams who drive improvement at the intersection of leadership, technology and patient value.
After beginning his career in the investment business, Duncan has spent 15 years as an operator in high growth healthcare organizations. These experiences spanned life stages from zero-to-one startup to pre-IPO, leadership influence from Co-Founder to C-level executive, roles from P&L owner to functional manager, and industries from SaaS to services. Duncan’s opportunities across these dimensions occurred at some of the most influential technology, analytics and technology-enabled services organizations in the last twenty years including Health Dialog, Iora Health, Mindstrong Health, and Cohere Health.
Duncan lives in the Boston area with his wife Valerie and two active boys, but holds out hope that someday they can relive their recent sabbatical in Sevilla, Spain.
