Bianca joined Oxeon in 2016 and over the years has built executive teams for innovative companies across the healthcare ecosystem, including payer, provider, consumer, enterprise tech, and value based care companies. Her work encompasses Founder and early stage CEO placements, leadership augmentation for PE recaps and growth equity investments, and transformational placements in not-for-profit and public companies in transition. She is passionate about primary care, women's health, behavioral health, and challenging traditional modalities of care delivery and payment.
Additionally, Bianca serves as the firm's Clinical Specialist and manages a robust practice of Chief Medical Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, and Quality leadership engagements for care delivery, managed care, and health tech organizations.
Prior to Oxeon, Bianca specialized in in-house attorney placement at a boutique search firm with global clientele. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hamilton College with a B.A. in History and Hispanic Studies. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and enjoys outdoor runs, live music, and reading fiction.
