Allie is dedicated to transforming the US healthcare system by building impactful businesses fueled by impactful people. She has partnered with leading investors including Warburg Pincus, General Catalyst, Brighton Health Partners, Town Hall Ventures and Vestar Capital to build out their C-Suite teams across their healthcare portfolios. Inspired by Oxeon’s mission to “Make People Healthier”, Allie has supported reversing the many inequities in our nation’s healthcare system building businesses across a myriad of industry sectors including behavioral health, women’s health, metabolic health, digital health and value-based care. Forging new relationships with industry leading entrepreneurs and executives and the daily learnings from market conversations keeps Allie inspired by her work.
Allie graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in Leadership Studies and a minor in Psychology and Entrepreneurship. There, she focused on research investigating the effects of growth mindsets on mental illness and went on to present her research at the National Society for Personality and Social Psychology conference in San Francisco. Outside of the office, you might find Allie exploring the city in search of the latest new restaurants, walking along the west side highway or practicing yoga at her favorite studios.
